Cardio Kickboxing
Our cardio kickboxing program is an action packed fitness session that will burn up to 850 calories per class.
You will learn Kickboxing techniques, Self Defence and skills that will help you to increase your fitness. Our classes include cardio training that will help you tone up, increase core strength, improve coordination & balance, and assist you with your weight loss goals with resistance training.
