The BBMA Lil Dragons Programme is designed to teach the skills of Martial Arts in a child friendly way. We teach karate techniques through dynamic movement enabling children to learn gross motor skills, coordination, balance, confidence, respect for others, child safety and self defence, listening skills, cooperative behaviour, following instructions, learning to share and taking turns.
